Art prints with a matte board included are typically placed in a specially designed plastic
bag to ensure extra protection. It is then securely placed in an industrial strength “stay flat” box. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. Art Studio 66 will only ship orders within the United States.

To return your item, simply email webmaster@artstudio66.com with your order number, product number and a brief description of why you are returning the art print and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Then pack the piece in its original packaging and mail it back via Postal Service. Please be sure to write the RA# on the shipping label or clearly on the outside of the package. Keep in mind, if you forget to include the assigned Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package, it will be rejected. Upon receipt of the artwork, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item (LESS THE SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE) and you will receive a check within two to three weeks. The actual size of the art print itself is 12x16, and printed on 13x19 Premium Quality Professional ARCHIVAL matte media with an ISO of 99+% brightness and thickness of 10 mil. with an opacity of 94%. Each art print comes with a 16x20 matte board. You will need to buy a 16x20 frame. If you decide not to use the matte board, you will need a 12x16 frame. If you decide not to use a matte board, you must instruct Art Studio 66 to provide a pre-cut 12x16 art print ready for use with a 12x16 frame. If you do not specify, art prints will not be pre-cut for a 12x16 frame and automatically shipped ready for a 16x20 frame.

Matte boards enhance the art print by giving it a touch of elegance. The majority of museums display specific artworks with a white matte board. White is a popular choice for the reason that it is elegant and gives a crisp clean look that really brings out the art print.
