Status of an online order
If you provide your email address when placing your order, I will send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping and Processing Charges
Purchases are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Free shipping is currently offered, but subject to change at any time.

Rush Delivery and Processing
Because shipping is free, I do not offer expedited delivery.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss for all items purchased via this website pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

Returns
Art Studio 66 is dedicated to delighting you with your purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the date your order was shipped for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift bag or other additional charges.

Exchanges
No exchanges are offered. You will need to return the item within 10 days of the date your order was shipped for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift bag or other additional charges, and then place a new order.

Returns by Mail
Here are the basic steps:
Packages must be postmarked within the applicable 10-day (for returns) period. If they are not, your package will be rejected.

1. Please refer to your packing slip for specific return information.
2. Pack the item securely in the original package. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item. Be certain to save a copy for your records.
3. All products must be returned in good condition, and undamaged, in original packaging, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. I will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to correct location.
6. You can expect a refund within 30 days of receiving your returned product. Please note that the shipping, handling, gift bag or other additional costs will not be refunded.

Damaged Items
If your jewelry should become damaged within 10 days from the date you receive your item, Please be prepared to email me with a detailed description of the damage before mailing the item back to me. Once I receive the damaged item, I will repair it, and mail it back to you at no additional charge. Please keep in mind, you only have 10 days from the date you receive the item. Given the nature that each piece of jewelry is one of a kind, the repair may result in a piece that looks slightly different. This may occur if materials for that specific design are no longer available.
