Homage to Dali's Landscape with Butterflies, 2005 - Salvador Dali is one of my favorite Surrealism artists ever! I adore his Landscape with Butterflies. My desire to feel the very essence of Dali art was passionately incorporated into this piece. The colors and forms appear bold yet simple, and proved to be most challenging. My version shows the change of time from one generation of artists to the next by avoiding traditional artist tools. The recreation of a wonderfully memorable and famous piece also allowed me to intentionally represent the digital art world.
