Farewell Twins, 2001Farewell Twins, 2001 12x16 Print $30.00 (shipping included)

Farewell Twins - My father helped to build the Twin Towers and I am so proud of him for that. Many brave men risked their lives to build the spectacular Twin Towers. Before September 11, 2001, I always cherished looking at the Twins whenever I was in the area. It had sentimental meaning for me. The day of the attack, I was driving to class when I heard the news of the first tower, but it was not known yet that it was the work of terrorists. When my class was over, I saw everyone on their cell phones crying, confused, worried and scared. I had no idea of the update on the attack. The rest of classes were canceled and I went to my car, turned on the radio to see if they would mention anything about the Twin Tower. I thought it would have been a minor plane crash. I could not believe my ears. Naturally, I was an emotional wreck and spent all day crying and talking to my family and friends. I did not lose loved ones, but my friends did. It it sad beyond words that so many lives had to end. It was the work of men who do not believe in God but used his name to justify the devil's work. This art print is in memory of the people who died, their families who still suffer today and to the great buildings my father helped to build.
